i wnt to know the pattern of Phd entrance exam in RTMN university. Kindly tell me whether paper II(subject specific) is there along with research aptitude paper? My specialisation is Biochemistry.

Ph.D Entrance Test(PET) is an entrance exam conducted by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University for Admission into Doctor of Philosophy(Ph.D) program.

Note:

*Candidates qualified in GATE/SET/NET/JRF examination of apex bodies such as IIT/CSIR/UGC/ICAR/CMR/DBT etc shall be exampted from PET.

*Minimum Eligibility for which is an M.B.B.S with 1 year compulsory internship.

All the PG Students appearing for the final year exam can also appear for the PET however their admission shall be confirmed subject to the condition of fulfilling the required qualification

Research & language Aptitude
General Knowledge
Numerical Ability
Reasoning
Total Marks 40 & Duration 45 Min

Section B :

Questions on the Concerned Subject
Total Marks 30 & Duration 30 Min

Section C :

Descriptive type questions based on the Concerned Subjects
Marks 30 & Duration 60 min
