Yes,you are not eligible for the exam.
The eligibility for IBPS Clerk exam is as follows:
-Passed in 10th with at least 60% marks.
OR
-Passed in 12th with at least 50% marks.
OR
-Degree from a recognized university.

-Age limit: 18-28yrs.

So,you can not apply for the exam.

IBPS- Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. It conduct the bank exam every year for PO for 19 public sector of bank.

If you have completed graduation degree from recognized university then you are applicable for IBPS PO Exam.The Age criteria for this exam is 21 to 30 years old.
