you are eligible for the IAS examination after passing the BCA final year.
This is because the minimum educational qualification required is to be a graduate. Age limitation is between 21-30 years for the general category . It is 21-35 years for the SC/ST category. It is 21-33 years for the OBC category. No . of attempts : 4 for general. 7 for OBC . Unlimited for the SC/ST. More details:- http://www.upsc.gov.in/ good luck.......... |

You do not have eligidle foe IAS. First you clear your bca then after this you clear the MBA or MCA then you have eligible for IAS exam. From Raj kuma

of course. since you are in your final year you can give the exam as the minimum ELIGBILITY for that exam is GRADUATION . ELIGIBILITY

yes, you are eligible but after completing the BCA.
Indian Administration Service exam is held once in year exam is part of Civil service exam and exam is conducted by UPSC. Eligibility criteria for IAS exam: Candidate should have complete graduation degree with any stream from a recognized university. Age should be between 21 to 30 years for General category candidates 21to 33 year for OBC category candidates 21 to 35 years for SC/ST category candidates Number of attempts: 4 attempts for General category candidates. 7 attempts for Obc category candidates 14 attempts for SC/ST category candidates. Important dates for IAS-2012 exam: Indian Administration Service(Preliminary exam) Notification for this year: Issue of application form from 4th Feb 2012 to 5th March 2012. Exam will held on 20th May 2012. Indian Administration Service (Main Exam) notification for this year: Exam will held on 15th Oct 2012. there are 3 stage or EXAM in the IAS. first one is preliminary exam(it is objective type exam) second is main exam (question to be answer in length) third is personal interview clearing one will get you to another level exam. |

Dear Friend,
You can appear in the IAS preliminary examination but you have to show your certificates of passing graduation at main examination. The minimum educational qualification required for the IAS examination is that the candidate should be a Graduate from a recognized institute in any stream and the age of the candidate should be between 21 years to 30 years. If you are with in the specified Age group then surely you can appear in the IAS examination. Best Wishes..... |

Yes, definitely you are eligible to apply for UPSC Civil services examination after completing your Graduate course to become IAS Officer, IAS stands for Indian Administrative services and to become IAS you need to cracked the UPSC Civil services examination.
This examination is conducted by UPSC, every year and the notification will be published in the employment Newspaper or in the official UPSC website. When the notification Published online registrations was already started and eligible candidates fill the application form online from the official website of UPSC, Graduation is the minimum requirement to apply for this examination, final year graduate candidates are also eligible to apply for UPSC Civil services examination. This examination is conducted in these 2 stages, preliminary examination and Main examination. Firstly, you have to cracked the preliminary examination, this examination is objective one and there are two papers in this examination and you have to appear for both papers in same day. If you cracked this examination, you are eligible for Mains. For Civil service examination, you need to choose two optionals for Mains exam. To be eligible for this exam, you must in the age group 21-30 yrs (relaxation for reserved category). Number of attempts are also limited, 4 for general, 6 for OBC, while SC/ST no limit. Notification is going to be published soon next year in Month of February, if you are interested then please apply for this examination online, when notification Published. You have to prepared for this examination as per the pattern and syllabus, you can collect syllabus from the previous notifications from the official website.
