Hai,
IB-Intelligence Bureau. The educational qualification for this exam is graduation or any bachelor's degree from a recognised university and percentage is not a matter to apply this exam. You must be a citizen of India. The age limits for this examination are 20 years to 28 years, 3 years relaxation for OBC, 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
