What rank would you get depends on how many students have scored more than 147 marks in the entrance examination and how many candidates have appeared in the Engineering Entrance examination.
There isn't any mandate that by scoring 147 a certain rank has to be awarded every year to a certain candidate.
Hence, keep your fingers crossed and believe in me if not among the top 10000, but it will certainly be an average rank which will get you a seat in engineering colleges.

However, you must remember that your higher secondary aggregate marks and specialization is also important to get you a seat in any college.
