i got a gate score of 570 and my rank is 2192,and my percentile was 96,but i have 58% in my btech acadamics,wich collegs better for me,is bteh percentage was neded for mtech trough gate....

Yes fine you have got a very good score in GATE which will help you to get some good colleges like IITs. In worst case you may get chance in NITs but I think you will not have to face this problem because your have got 96 percentile in GATE.

But one thing I am sure that you will face problem in future i.e. you have all good carrier but your graduation percentage is less than 60%. So it will may create problem when you appear for any company campussing.

graduation percentage has nothing to do with MTECH entrance, however it has its effect in future course of ur career while u are applying for jobs.
coming to percentile, it is taken on highest mark basis and no. of students attended the exam and finally to get into IIT's ur rank in GATE must be of 3 digit.

iam rama krishna scored 94.45 percentile in gate 2012 EE paper.suggest some colleges for me wchich is well suited to me.i am also having an aggregate percentage of 80% in my b.tech.

u are sure to get in NIT's and in IIT"S make an attempt..u myt get in through interviews but dats very rare

i got 88.18 percentile
which college is better for me and is there any chance that i got admission in any nit/iit
