according to my best knowledge you need a guardian who has permanent residence in canada. if he agrees to take your responsibility then you could be called in foreign country.but if you dont have any sponsor then you would have to wait uptill you turn eighteen and then you can apply for any diploma or degree course after +2 with atleat 60-65% markx in any college abroad , any country . for more information pls contact any immigration consultant .
