Although many Canadian universities offer admission on 6 or above IELTS score.
But they also keep in account the academic .
No present backlogs
Extra curricular activities
Any prior experience
The University from where one did complete their education.
Every matters, although IELTS score is also to be considered for admission purpose.

Canadore College of Arts and Technology accepts admission upto 5.5 score.

St.Clair College of Arts and Technology 5.5 band score.

A study visa for Canada requires the student to score at least 5.5 in of the four IELTS bands with an overall minimum score of 6.0 and above for undergraduate and Diploma programs.

Graduates courses on the other hand require a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 in each of four bands and an overall IELTS score of 6.5 and above.

But if you decide to pursue a degree in engineering program, teaching and education studies, the minimum IELTS score required will be 7.0 overall and per band.

As you have secured 5 in overall band score, you are not eligible right now. You may try for one more attempt.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
