I got 81% in humanities group and in 5.5 band score in ielts

exam . So can I apply for it?

Although there are various universities that offer admission to students with such score.
But its advisable to improve your score.
For an international student to get his/her Canada study permit application to be approved , a band score of 6.0 overall in IELTS with either two modules having score 5.5 is must.
Thus try to get better score first and then apply for international universities.
