Look, your IELTS score is little low. No one college in Australia will provide you admission with this band. And you cannot get Australian Visa with this band.
You have to score at least 6 bands in IELTS to get admission in MBA course in Australian College.

It is very difficult to get admission to study MBA in Australia with 5.5 bands in IELTS. The minimum requirement for MBA is a 6.5 bands overall with no bands less than 6.0 in many universities/colleges. Therefore, it is better to reappear for the IELTS examination again and score over 6.5 bands overall with no bands less than 6.0 to get admission to study MBA in Australia. Many universities prefer students with work experience of two years after completion of bachelor’s degree to study MBA in Australia.
