COURSE STRUCTURE You take compulsory modules in each year, plus 30 credits' worth of options in Years 2 and 3. You also complete a work-based project in Year 3. Course duration of BBA(Culinary Industry Management) in Birkbeck, University of London is 3 years full time basis. Each year comprises of compulsory modules. In year 3 students have to complete the work-based project.
