Does previous college matter for higher education Abroad?

so i've completed my 12th exam and i am expecting less marks like 60% in boards. So I am wondering if I apply for not so reputed but aicte affiliated college and then study hard and score good marks without any backlogs then can I get a good college in germany for my masters? would my previous college matter?? and I am planning for mechanical engineering.

No, the previous college does not matter for higher education abroad. But the candidate must have passed out of an university that is recognized by UGC.

The candidate must have completed a graduation with a minimum of 60% marks from any university.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
