B.Sc. Education Studies and Mathematics course starts in the month of September every year. You can apply for 2020-2021 session because deadlines for 2019-2020 session has been crossed. Deadline for online application is 15th of January every year. If you apply after this deadline, universities or colleges do not have to consider your application if they have filled their spaces.
