Possibility to study MBBS in Australia for BSc(Nursing) student?


Hi friends, I have heard that after completing BSc(Nursing), I can study MBBS. But I want to do my MBBS in Australia. So, I want to know that is it possible to do MBBS in Australia? Kindly tell me is there any possibility or not. Waiting for your reply.

Yes, you can pursue MBBS in Australian University. Duration of MBBS program in Australia is 6 years. In order to pursue MBBS form any Australian University first of all you will have to appear for Undergraduate Medicine and Health Sciences Admission Test(UMAT). Also you will have to appear for an English language proficiency test i.e. IELTS(with minimum score of 7 band).

Eligibility criteria to pursue MBBS in Austraila:-
1. You must have Higher Secondary School Certificate/Bachelors Degree Certificate(Science stream).
2. UMAT or MCAT or GAMSAT Scorecard.
3. IELTS score card.

These are the Australian Universities offering MBBS:-
1. University of Sydney
2. Bond University
3. University of Adelaide
4. University of Melbourne
