Is it possible to secure an MS admission in the USA for a candidate with 15 backlogs till BE 3rd year? Cutoff score required in GRE to get admission in any decent university?

Hi, I am in my final year of my BE which I am doing in Mechanical Engineering. I am having 62% till my 3rd year but I have 15 backlogs. Can I get admission in any decent university in the USA for an MS program? What GRE score is required for the admission? First of all, please tell me if it is possible to secure admission with 15 backlogs.
