Is it possible to study MS(Mechatronics) in Abroad if I scored less marks in BTech?

Hello, I have scored only 6.1 CGPA in my BTech course which I did in Mechanical Engineering. I want to do MS in Mechatronics in Abroad. I know that I have scored low marks in my BTech. So, is it possible to study MS in Mechatronics in Abroad for me?
