No, you cannot get MBBS seat with 23% marks in your IPE. To get a seat in a EAMCET examination, you must have to secure less than 6000 rank in EAMCET examination. To get less than 6000 rank in EAMCET examination, you need to score atleast 100 marks in EAMCET examination and 90% marks in IPE. Since, you have secured very less aggregate i.e., 23% aggregate marks in your IPE, you cannot get a seat to pursue MBBS course.
