Gujarat University offers the course of Diploma in Pharmacy which has duration of two years. The course is divided into thirteen papers namely:

•    D-Pharm-Biochemistry & Clinical Pathology
•    D-Pharm-I Pharmaceutical Chemistry-I
•    D-Pharm-II Hospital & Clinical Pharmacy
•    D-Pharm-II Hospital & Clinical Pharmacy
•    D-Pharm-II Pharmaceutical Chemistry-II
•    D-Pharm-II Drug Store & Business Management
•    D-Pharm-II Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence
•    D-Pharm-II Pharmaceutics-II
•    FYD-Pharm-Health Education
•    FYD-Pharm-Human Anatomy & Physiology
•    FYD-Pharm-Health Education
•    FYD-Pharm-Pharmaceutics-I
•    FYD-Pharm-Pharmacognosy (New)

Each of the paper has a total of one hundred marks, with each of the paper having a total of three segments. Each of the segments contains both optional as well as compulsorily based questions. There are also subjective as well as multiple type questions in the papers.

However, there is one compulsory based question in each of the segment of the questions papers in each of the papers in the course of pharmacy in the Diploma Level. Usually there three long questions in the paper out of which, candidates have to opt for one at least. There are affixed amount of credits to each of the papers in the course. Candidates can opt for Mock based questions in order to prepare well for the exam and score high.
