National Institute of Smart Government (NISG) was established under section 25 of the Companies Act to operate in the meta-space of e-Government in developing and implementing e-Government projects. The NISG has successfully handled many projects and consulting support to the Central Government as well as the State Government of India.

The primary services of NISG include advising the Government of India on issues such as standards, localization, PKI infrastructure, architectures, etc. The NISG also plays a vital role in helping the Central and State Government in improving the delivery of government services, the designing of efficient IT systems, and development of leadership capability. Job Profile:

National Institute of Smart Government (NISG) invites application from eligible candidates for the post - Head of SeMT on contract basis for 2 years for assisting the State IT/ e-Governance Department in overall management of the e-Governance projects in the States of Andaman & Nicobar, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Daman & Diu, Delhi, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Lakshadweep, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Orissa, Rajasthan, Sikkim and Tripura.

Eligibility:

Educational Qualification – The candidates must have done B.E/ B. Tech/ MCA. The candidates with MBA/ M.Tech will be given preference.
