The Indian Institute of craft and Design has been set up in 1999 by the government of Rajasthan as an autonomous institute of excellence. It is managed by Ambuja Educational Institute as an Institute of excellence with national mandate to act as a catalyst in the crafts sector. It has an excellent infrastructure, which is one of the positive points for this. The institute was built to distribute a new wave education tot her aspiring candidates.  Here there is well facility of the hostel who does study here. Where there is a separate facility for the boys and girls. In the hostel there is good management of each and everything which they are need of.       Institute is reputed Institutes that provides the various AICTE approved courses and is well known for providing 100% placements to the candidates. The students can take admission in this institute through the entrance test, which it takes every year in the last week of February.

The Institute is well oriented by authorities and conducted by other university member. The institute is having all sorts of facility for the candidates that are willing to take part in this institute for the various mentioned courses. The candidates are pursuing all sorts of stuff from the institute related to their syllabus and must required to gather the knowledge,  which play an important role to become a miracle in the field of study.

Eligibility criteria:

• Candidates must have cleared 10+2 level from the recognized University to be eligible for this 4 year course.

• Candidates must have completed degree course with at least 60% aggregate from the recognized University to be eligible for this 2.5 years course.

• Aptitude Test (UG): Last week of April and 1st week of May , 2010.
