NET Education (Paper II) Papers
The National Eligibility Test is held twice every year, in the months of June and December. The parent body of this examination is University Grants Commission. The exam is held in many subjects, Education being one of them. Two papers are there on the subject- Paper II and Paper III. Paper II is an objective test. The duration of the test is one hour and fifteen minutes. The maximum marks are 100. The pattern of the test is given below.
The number of questions in Paper II of Education is 50. Each question is of 2 marks. The questions are all multiple choice types. Each question has four different alternative answers, only one answer being correct. A separate OMR answer sheet is provided to the students and they have to mark their answers on this sheet only. Negative marking for wrong answers is not there in the exam, but multiple answers should not be marked for the same answer. This is treated as wrong answer. All the answers are to be attempted. The questions are general multiple choice type questions, true/false type, match-the-columns type and assertion reason types. Comprehension can also be there. A passage will be given and students have to answer questions based on that passage.
