NET Library and Information Science Paper II Papers
NET or National Eligibility Test is conducted for the Indian nationals to get a post as JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) in the UGC to be a lecturer. The subjects are Computer Science and Applications, Humanities, Forensic Science, Social Sciences, Library and Information Science etc. in which it can be done.
Paper Pattern:
The paper of Library and information Science paper II is an objective one. Questions asked are of multiple choice and contains 50 questions in it. 20 questions are of simple multiple choices, 15 questions are of multiple selections or multiple completions, 5 are of linked items and 10 questions are of matching type. The paper contains 50 questions and each question is of equal marks. There are no negative marking in the paper. Questions asked are to be answered in the OMR sheet provided using a blue/black pen.

Question in the paper are of objective type and requires a good practise to solve the paper because no. of questions are very much in comparison to the time given. Questions are of multiple choices, multiple selections or multiple completions, linked items and matching types. Questions asked are such as BERNE CONVENTION, current awareness bulletin etc. There is no negative marking in the paper.
Total marks and time allotted:
Maximum marks which can be awarded in this paper are 100 and time allotted for this purpose is 1 hour and 15 minutes. Each question is of 2 marks and there is no negative marking in the paper.
