IGNOU Master of Library and Information Science-Information Processing and Retrieval Paper is a subjective paper and requires a good command on the language and topics. Questions such as knowledge representation and classification system are asked in the paper. Questions are of subjective type and total number of questions asked are 5, 4 question contain its alternative and last one is of 6 short notes from which 4 are to be attempted. Each question carries equal marks and word limits should be maintained in each question. Total marks in the paper are 100 and time allotted is 3 hours.
