Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University was incorporated on September 17, 1994. The university is named after Swami Ramanand Teerth (a renowned educationalist and social activist). 1. Recruitment of Professor:
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. degree in the concerned discipline alongwith Master’s degree from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks in aggregate. Candidates should possess atleast 10 years teaching experience in the university.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 10000.

2. Recruitment of Associate Professor:
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. degree in the concerned discipline alongwith Master’s degree from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks in aggregate. Candidates should possess atleast 8 years teaching experience in the university.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 9000.

3. Recruitment of Assistant Professor:
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in the concerned discipline from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks in aggregate. Candidates should also have passed or cleared the National Eligibility Test conducted by the UGC,CSIR.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 6000.

Application Fee:

A non refundable application fee of Rs. 600 is need to be submitted by the General and OBC candidates. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST categories must submit an application fee of Rs. 300 only. The payment of application fee must be done through a demand draft drawn on any nationalized bank. Selection Process:

Selection Process for all the above specified faculty positions is consist of a Interview Test. The final selection of eligible candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the interview test. A selection committee will take the interview test of each and every canddiate and only they will decide about the selection of candidates.
