Ram Naresh Smarak Degree College was established in the year 2000 with the view to offer high-quality education to the people belonging to rural areas. The college is affiliated to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University and it was established with the motto of ‘every good deal gets recognized’.

Eligibility requirement:

For getting admission to the Bachelor of Science course, candidates must have completed their intermediate/equivalent courses with not less than 45% of marks. Just completion of intermediate/equivalent course is enough for Bachelor of Arts course and there is no minimum percentage of marks required.

Admission Procedure:

Ram Naresh Smarak Degree College admits students based on the marks/merits secured by the students in the above-mentioned qualifying examination or even entrance examination or any other process of selection according to the norms issued by the affiliating university and by the state government from time to time.

Fee Structure:

The college collects fees as per the norms issued by the Government of Uttar Pradesh every year.

Academic Session:

The number of working days fixed by Ram Naresh Smarak Degree College is 200, which is exclusive of days taken for admission process and days coming under the period of examination. Practical classes can be conducted beyond these 200 days.

There are eight classrooms in the college, two tutorial rooms, one laboratory, seminar room, conference hall, committee rooms, library, Computer centre, VCP/VCR, LCD, OHP, auditorium, gymnasium, common rooms for students, facility to play indoor games and outdoor games, health centre, canteen and transportation facility is also offered.

College Library:

The library at the college has a capacity to accommodate 80 students and it has a collection of more than 10000 books. The library of Ram Naresh Smarak Degree College is also subscribing for 10 journals.
