R.D. Memorial Ayurvedic College at Bhopal came into existence in the year 2002 and the college was established by the Shri Chitragupta Shiksha Prasar Samiti. The college is affiliated to the Barkatullah University and Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and it is recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India, INC and CCIM.

Here are the details regarding these courses:

BAMS:

BAMS stands for Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences and for this course the syllabus is prescribed by the Central Council of Indian Medicine located at New Delhi. The admission capacity of the college for this course is 50 students and for this course, candidates must have completed their 10+2 with biology, chemistry and physics with not less than 50% of marks and a pass in English as well. The minimum age requirement is 17 years on the 31st of December of the year in which the candidate is seeking admission. The duration of this course is 5.6 years inclusive of one year internship. The first three professions of this course extends to a period of 18 months and internship period is for 12 months.

D. Pharma (Ayurved):

The D. Pharma (Ayurved) course is affiliated to the Barkatullah University and the duration of this course is two years. For getting into the course, candidates must have completed their 10+2 with biology as a subject.

Fee structures for these courses are decided according to the guidelines for Government of Madhya Pradesh.
