Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science is situated in Indore and it began its journey in the year 1952 as a small technical Institute. Nowadays this institute comes under the top ranking institutes of India and provides undergraduate and postgraduate courses to the students. The institute is ranked 16th amongst the technical institutes of India. The institute was granted autonomous status in 1989 by University Grants Commission and AICTE, New Delhi.
