Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (SET) is organized by Pune University in behalf of Government of Maharashtra.  There will be three papers for Maharashtra SET (Physics). Paper 1 is a general paper that includes questions on teaching and research aptitude. The main topics included in Paper II are - Vector calculus, Vector algebra Photon and Particle detectors, Oscilloscopes,  Data analysis Curve fitting and Linear Algebra. Paper III comprise topics like Nuclear and Particle Physics Multivibrators, Microwave Oscillators, Bipolar junction transistor, Field effect transistor and Isopin.
