The insurance Institute of India held examination for its associateship every year for its candidates. It is taken in different branches and general fire hazards paper is one of the same. The paper is an important one as the paper is taken in terms of insurance of immortal and mortal objects in case of fire.

Qualification for appearing in this exam:

Minimum qualification for appearing in the paper is graduation for the students. Candidates who are having a fellowship in the Insurance Institute of India will have an edge.

Scoring and Negative Marking:

Paper contains questions which are of equal marks. The paper contains questions which are not of negative marking. The paper contains questions of subjective type. Candidates are advised to attempt all the questions.

Mode of Exam:

Paper is a conventional paper and students have to attempt questions in an answer sheet. Answers are needed to be solved using a ball point.

Format:

Paper consists of 100 marks and there is no objective type of questions, questions are of theoretical type.

Paper Pattern:

The paper consists of 8 questions and 5 from it are needed to be solved. Each question carries same marks. Questions are of general parts of the syllabus.

Marking:

The correct answers are awarded 20 marks and for the wrong answers zero marks are awarded. There is no provision of negative marking in the paper. The maximum mark for the paper is 100.

Schedule:

Candidates are needed to be submit their answer sheet in 3 hours which is allotted time for the paper.
