Alamini Ratnamala Institute of Engineering & Technology came into existence in the year 2008 and the institute was established by the Koti Vidya Charitable Trust. Within a short period of its introduction, the institute has gained great popularity.

Intake Capacity:

The institute is approved with an intake capacity of 60 students per year for each of the above-mentioned courses. The institute has seats under three different categories namely CAP, Institute level seats and against vacant seats after CAP rounds. The exact number of seats under each of these categories will be notified by the Directorate of Technical Education, Mumbai/Pravesh Niyantran Samiti (admission committee) before the application forms are submitted by the candidates.

General Eligibility conditions:

For getting into the above-mentioned courses, candidates must have completed their higher secondary examination with mathematics, physics and chemistry subjects with not less than 50% of aggregate marks (45% for reserved category candidates) from a recognized board or university.

Admission Procedure:

For getting into the courses, in addition to fulfilling the eligibility conditions, candidates must get through either the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test or All India Engineering Entrance Examination.

How to apply:

Candidates who wish to apply for CAP/institute-level seats will have to fill in the application form available from the office of the institute on payment of Rs.1000 in the form of cash. The schedule of admission will be published in the notice board of the college, website of the college and in leading newspapers from time to time. According to the notice, candidates should get the application form and submit it along with the attested copies following documents before the last date specified by the institute:

• Non-creamy layer certificate (if applicable)

• Caste Validity (if applicable)

• Medical Fitness Certificate

• Nationality Certificate

• AIEEE/MHT-CET score card

• Junior College/school leaving certificate

• HSC or equivalent mark sheet

• SSC or equivalent mark sheet

• Any other certificate as notified by the Directorate of Technical Education
