Am I eligible to do M.Arch after completion of diploma in Architecture?


Is diploma in architecture eligible to do M.Arch? Or I will have to study B.Arch after my diploma and then M.Arch? I am 12th pass student. Can you please guide me with the complete information on the same as soon as possible? Thank you!

No, you are not eligible to do M.Arch course after completion of your Diploma course in Architecture. To be eligible to get admission for pursuing M. Arch course, you should have passed Bachelor's degree course in Architecture from a recognized university. So, being a 12th standard passed student, it is best to pursue B.Arch course to be eligible to get admission for pursuing M. Arch course.

After completion of Diploma in Architecture, you can't apply for M.Arch course.

Those candidates who have completed B.Architecture course from a recognized University are eligible for M.Architecture course.
