The Diploma in Business Administration is a three year course.

The eligibility to study the course is a pass in Class X with English as one of the subjects.
The course is available in Lovely and other universities across the country.

There is also PG Diploma in Business Administration.
The eligibility to study the course is a graduation.

Regarding the scope you can do graduation or post graduation in the same field.
You can get some marketing or other jobs in retail and other sectors.

But a degree is a must for anyone to pursue a career.
In most of the BPOs and MNCs they require a basic degree.
So it is always advisable to study a degree.
