I have finished m.sc neuroscience.i need to know about the fee structure for mhil at madras university and when wil they conduct entrance exam for distance education for mphil? How to take the educational loan for completing the course?

You need to approach the nearest branch of any bank for education loan. You can approach any bank of your choice, however, it is better to start with the one in which you/your family member has an account. Take documents of the preferred institute (prospectus), your academic background certificates and have a discussion with the branch manager or the administrative officer (if any).
