What is No Objection Certificate? Why it is necessary to apply for an Education Loan in Dhanlaxmi Bank?

I came to know that I have to submit NOC(No Objection Certificate) to apply for an Education Loan in Dhanlaxmi Bank. Kindly tell me what is NOC and why it is necessary to submit? Waiting for your reply!

No objection certificate is required from you to make sure you agree with all the process which is required for sanction of education loan.
You have to pay EMI after completion of your course and also need consent of guarantor for education loan sanction.
