I have 72 marks in isro 2011 ece branch , will i qualify?

Does anybody know what was the number of CS candidates selected finally after interview in previous years? In fact, they still have the info on their website for Mechanical & Electronics in 2010, but not for Computer Science in 2009.

ISRO will call candidates for interview at 1:6 to 1:10 ratio.Means if there are 150 posts then about 900 to 1500 cand. will get call.

I called ISRO headquarter regarding the total number of intake in CSE in 2009 (As u know that the CSE exam was not held in 2010). They denied to make any comments pertaining to expected number of vacancies for CSE candidates this year, but mentioned that the same was 30+ in 2009. Their number is 08022172260. Plz call them & ask the same question, i.e. intake for CSE in 2009. Also plz let me know their reply. Let us verify whether they provided us the correct piece of info.

there is no category reservation in ISRO .

sir,i have just completed my diploma in e.c.e in 2011 and i am applying for isro technical assistent , can u please tell me is i would select in screening test . as i have a percentage 92.12% in aggregate

are they sending to mail to selected candidates only?or they place the shortlisted candidate list in the website?

Dear Candidate,
ISRO paper for any stream have contain total 80 questions. All the questions are totally technical base. If you want to qualify then you must attempt minimum 65 questions correctly. And regarding ISRO syllabus, these are totally cover in your B.E. or B.Tech.

you have not mentioned the discipline for which you need the syllabus .
i have attached few syllabus
getting into ISRO is not an easy job you need to concentrate more on the syllabus you will be able to crack only if you prepare well

this year highest marks scored is 150 so cutt of must not b that high..if any one recieves call pls do inform

The cutoff for exams like ISRO will vary from year to year but

I can tell you one thing i.e.,

the cutoff will be around 29-35% on total marks

and the syllabus for the exam is uploaded in the form of text file below

wht is the significance of cut off marks? I mean is it like the minimum marks required in gate xam to get qualified or do we get an interview call for dat mark? Please clarify...
