thanks for the information sir.but i have contacted iiitd&m kanch... director.He is a proffesor of iitm.He said faculty is mostly from iit-m and facilities in the new campus will be at par with iit-m.I am in confusion bcoz in jee i didnt get any gud brnch with 5100 air.have air 3830 in aieee and 350 in bitsat.these are the two options am left with plus iit not a good brnch..which one shud i choose sir?iit,iiitd&m or bits pilani?

sir i am a gen girl, my aieee 2010 rank is 32519. what is the best college that i can get admission into. is there any possibility of getting into nit jamshedpur because i am from jharkhand.

Your score and as you are a girl you will must get chance in IITs or NITs.

the score of AIEEE is very very good,so easily can get chance,as well as you are a girl,so there are some quotas ,with the help of those you can get chance.

I think you will get everything whatever you want means colleges ,job etc...
but for that after getting chance you have to study hard.
According to the previous statistics you will get chance in IIT or in NITs.

there is literally no chance to get into IIIT
but yes you can get a seat in nit only.......that too after 5ht round of counseling or so
so wait and watch....

The construction of the campus of IIITD&M Kancheepuram has not started as on 6th June 2011. They are functioning from IIT Madras campus since 2007. IIITD&M is shifting to their makeshift campus at Melakottiyoor village in Kancheepuram District from August 2011. Friends, construction of the makeshift campus is ongoing and no way it is a decent facility to pursue your higher studies. Will have no facilities for next couple of years. Please visit their makeshift campus (NOT IIT MADRAS CAMPUS) site before you make up your mind.

i got an AIR of 28990 in AIEEE 2011,
this was my 2nd attempt in AIEEE(I skipped my first attempt).I am really confused weather to join any NITs or should i drop and prepare for AIEEE 2012.I want to take admission in any NIT which is in Top 100 with Electronic Branch,if i dropped...will it affect my placement in future

As you not mentioned your Category so it is tough to tell you which college you get.
However you have to fill online Counseling forum of AIEEE on CCB website.
You can lock your choices before 18 June on www.ccb.nic.in
So hope so you will get good college.

yes you still have chances of getting into NIT or IIIT

So go and attend councelling and i am sure you can get admissions in them

This year at this rank it is not possible to get admission in the iit/nit.
because i do not think that you will get rank within 10,000.
so you can not get admission in the nit,
but you can get other engineering college to admission.

These marks are very good for getting into the NITs or IIITs.......You can get into the top NITs like:-
MANIT
NIT Delhi
NIT Silchar
NIT Durgapur....etc........
In IIITs, you can get:-
IIIT Hyderabad
IIIT Delhi...etc.....
