This mistake is a very big mistake, due to this your will be cancelled,there are some chances to correction of form you can contact at the exam office of AIEEE,

Sir , I made some mistake as I made DD from state bank and written wrong bank name . And I haven't send my
confirmation page . I Cancelled my DD and I want to resubmit my form.
