Sir,
i m arpit from h.p. I want to know about textile branch of engineering. Scope for job in future in this branch.

First of all I would say, go by your choice of interest each field of engg has its own set of pros and cons .
However my point of view I would suggest you to go for mechanical as it is the most steady and safe industry as looking into the recent past ,mechanical industry was less affected by recession as compared to IT ,finance etc..

Dear Friend

There is a great Scope for Mechanical Engineering, because there is no decline in the value of this department

ECE is the next with large scope in MNC's

u should choose ece as it prvides u the oppurtunities in going in software,communication and electrical field.

Sir what is the problem with IT branch it seems like a good optin tell with valid reason

ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION is best and ever green branch. even cs is very good.

Being in the IT profession, I assure you that IT has very good scope, especially in the coming 2-3 years. Majority of the engineering students enter into IT companies only, irrespective of their base branch. Hence, I suggest to take CS/IT course and have an effective career in IT companies rather than taking other courses and struggle in the company for first few months.

My point is IT will not at all go down for few years, before which you can get well settled.

can any one guide about avionics branch of eng. its placement oppurtinities and salary in general

I am not clear on your vision. But i have guessed that your are trying to ask which related to the answer given below.

Here both the Electrical(EL) and Electronics(EC) are having its scope good to it. You can choose whatever you are interested in. Both having dual placement opportunities in Software as well as in Core field. Anyway whatever it is! everything is best, if you perform it well with your own interest & involvement.
Choose the best of your own
You will get succeed

SIR I WANT TO ADMISSION IN CIVIL BRANCH.HAS A BRIGHT FUTURE IN 5 YEARS IN NORTH INDIA.

On the basis of placements Mechanical engineering has very large placements but i think you should go for your interesting branch.
If you do best in your field then does not matter which branch you belong to finding job.

For a job, B.E. is sufficient. M.Tech or ME is required for research, promotions or to be a faculty. If you go for job after M.Tech, you will get additional salary of some 1000s PM, which is equal to the salary you get after the period experience equivalent to M.Tech.

sir, i am confused wat to take in puc..... but i want to do engineering..... i am thinking of taking bio in puc....
i want to now which branch in engineering would be good for me..... which branch in engineering has scope now....

Ece is considered the evergreen branch.By taking up this branch you can either get a job in your core subjects or in any it company.
Apart from this if you are partial to any branch then take it up without any hesitations because once you like the subject there is no one to stop you from scoring well.(which is good for placements).

-> All the engineering stands best in their field and scope.. so there is no way we can say that some of the branch to be the best...

-> If you want to select engineering branch the first thing which you have to keep in mind is not which is the best / scope branch but which will suit you with your interest..

But cse and it too have large scope.

it depends upon your interest in it and how you study.
try to secure good marks in what ever you study.
