There are different cutoffs for different types of institute,cutoff different for B.tech,different for medical courses,differnt for MCA,MBA etc.

you have not mentioned that in which group you have scored the 75 marks in the mhtcet exam .

if you hav escored the 75 marks out of 200 in the PCM group that is engineering group you will get admission in the newly opened private engineering colleges.

and if you have scored the 75 marks in the medical mhtcet then its really difficult for you to take admission in the private medical colleges on the basis of ranking in the mhtcet exam.
because there are less number of seats in the medical side as compare to the engineering side.
you will get admission in the private medical colleges under the management quota .

but there are very vast fees of medical colleges in the maharshtra.

i think you are interested in the admission procedure of the mhtcet exam if i am not wrong.

see on the 108 marks its really difficult to get admission in the autonomous or government engineering college for the general category that is open category student.
