Dear sir, I was working in Central Govt. Udertaking and I took Admission in Ph.D. in 1995, with BE(76.76%)and with 5 years of working experience which was reqired for Ph D. Enrollement or M. Tech(55%) for Ph. D enrollement. I completed My Ph.D. in 2005. Now I am BE(76.76%), M. Tech eqivalnt as mentioned above for taking admissin in Ph. D. and PH. D.(Electronics and Communication, in telcom. field)and total 29 years of industry experience. Can I apply for Prosfessor/and Director in Engneering College which reqqires, B, Tech and M. Tech with First Div. or its equivalent in B. Tech or M. Tech and Ph. D. Pls. repply back at the earliest. With best regards. |

I am working in an engineering college since three years in consolidated mode of payment in MCA Department as an Assistant Professor. At the time of appointment, I have completed M.Sc (Computer Science) with 70% marks and pursuing M.Tech(I.T.). Now I have completed M.Tech degree with 72% marks. Can I eligible to confirm in the MCA Dept. as an assistant professor.

Re: Teachers in service prior to 01-01-1996 in engineering colleges.
1) According to clarification mentioned in AICTE 2003 , Teachers in service prior to 01-01-1996 , are exempted from first class degree. whether this clarification applicable only to their existing institution.? 2) In case, if they change the college, will their services will be considered since they have worked in AICTE APPROVED ENGINEERING COLLEGES SINCE 01-01-1996. |

sir,
am completed Msc Electronics with 70% marks,and now doing MTech in Opto electronics and communication,both are regular course.I heard that as per new AICTE rule am not eligible for lectureship in engineering colleges.For lectureship can i take BTech,after completing my Mtech,??? |

Yes definately you are eligible ! I think, if you read the faiyaz answer, your doubt is clear now. But i will tell you that, there was clearly mention, if you are scored atleast 60% marks in B.tech Or in M.tech then you are eligible for the post of Assistant Professor. Dear you are Taking it wrong.........!
It is Mentioned under Qualification required for Asst. Professor........ BE/BTech and ME/MTech in relevant branch with First Class or {equivalent} either in BE/BTech or ME/MTech {Here equivalent means aggregate Equivalent to 60% either in B.Tech or M.Tech means aggregate in GPA Scale or else.} Also I have attached the Information brochure kindly go through it nicely. |

I am B.Pharma M.Tech in bio-Tech. My question is am i eligibale for teaching as assistant professor in pharmacy collage as per VI pay rules of AICTE ? I am sure you will revert as soon as possible. Looking for your reply. Thanks and Regards. |

Yes you can apply for Food Inspector exam after completing B.Tech in Biotechnology . Eligibility criteria for food inspector You should have graduation from any recognized university in following disciplines . agriculture biology chemistry Age of candidate should be from 21 years to 35 years. Physical standard requirements Height of candidate :157.5 cms. Chest measurement : 81 cms |
