can a person who has passed the AIC exam pursue PhD from any other university other than AIC? if yes, which universities accept such students for their PhD course?

I want to know about the universities that offer Part time PhD in chemistry in Pune and Mumbai area??

I have done m.sc in organic chemistry want to do phd.I have no qualification on net gate set. And doing :part time permanent lecturership in kolkata.So i have to do phd part timely without phellowship. How I can I proceed?

Dear Sir, I completed M.Sc. Chemistry through Annamalai university through distance education (treated as regular course) in 1991. Worked for chemical process industries for last 29 years and currently working as Head-Quality Assurance in a reputed chemical company in Dahej, Gujarat. Want to pursue Ph.D. in chemistry. Pl. guide me with complete procedures to follow to get Ph. D admission in Gujarat universities say VNSGU, Surat / MS Universities, Baroda. Queries include 1. Eligibility to apply for Ph.D in chemistry 2. Is the application available for 2017 now, last date to apply ? 3. Details of entrance exam including syllabus of entrance exam 4. Any other formalities.
