Well, instead of doing a short term certificate course why don't you go for a full fledged master degree course. You can do M.Com or MBA after B.Com. Both are equally good and worthy of continuing as further studies. You can go for finance sector jobs or business jobs by doing the former or later respectively. You can join directly for M.Com. Or you might have to sit for some examination for shortlisting of master degree candidates from B.Com area. Also you must have minimum 55% or more in your graduation for M.Com admission. On the other hand for doing MBA entrance examination(like CAT or JMET or SNAP or GPAT or NIPER etc.) is a must. Also minimum 50% in the graduation is necessary. So now decide what do you want to do.
