hello friends! i have done diploma in csc. and now i want to do amie. plz suggest me the procedure to take addmision in amie after diploma. and also the fee stucture....

AMIE would be the best option for you which is equal to that of a btech degree.

I would also suggest you as other alternatives to go for correspondence btech.

If you really want to do correspondence course then IGNOU would be the better option for you to go......

Apart from this institute there are some more institute which provide the correspondence course of B.Tech ,some of them are Annamalai university, Manipal university, Mumbai university etc......

There are some other BE/BTech equivalent engineering programs, AMIE and AMIETE ...
which provides the computer courses ,you can also go for these programs...

hi. i completed diploma long back. I want to do B tech correspondence. But i came to know that from 2012 correspondence course not available is it correct can u provide me alternate way to do B tech.

There is no problem at all doing correspondence BTech after Diploma if your aim is AMIE.
The Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (AMIE) is a professional certification given by Institution of Engineers (India). The qualification can be earned by passing Section A, Project Work and Section B examination of the Institution.
If an applicant passes both sections of the examination, he or she becomes an Associate of the Institution of Engineers (AIE). The Indian Ministry of Human Resource Development considers this qualification is equivalent to a degree in engineering. AIE was earlier Grad IE (Bachelor's degree of Institituion).
Its a very valuable degree. The duration is 4 years but for Diploma holder students it is only of 3-years.

After diploma there are relexation of four papers in all correspondence courses of B Tech.

You can do IETE and AMI after completion of diploma, You can go for JNTU Hydrabad also.

There is no no needs to worry you can continue your carrier,
and you can take admission in the b.tech in the 3rd semester by the lateral entry
scheme.

But for this you have to give the different exam like ECET or the state engineering

entrance exam then after you can take admission.

there is no any engineering college which arrange b.tech. by distance mode. you have to do as regular student.

Dear sir , I am PK Chandan, Now i am working in central govt in hyderabad. I have done diploma from Electronics. How can i complete my b.tech in hyderabad.

Recently i am doing job so i can not do b.tech in regular class. i want to do B.tech correspondence from IGNOU ahmedabad. Is it valid in government jobs? can i do this? please suggest.
