Yes as you said ,commerce also has a lot of career options todays information centuary.
Career options in Commerce and Management:
1.BMS (Bachelor of management Studies)
2.B.Com
3.BBA (Business Administration)
4.B.A., Economics etc.,
Also for Master 's Degree you can MBA, or M.Com and M.Phil etc.,
It will a lot for to find jobs.

Let your son take the suject in which he has intrest and if he takes the subject which he like whether it is science,commerce or arts he will be more successfull...

and if he has choosen Science then it is a very good decesion...

This is difficult question my dear friend . Every course are best . What we learn in that subject is main thing Concentration , Dedication and Involvement are bright future in your . So don't think which best subject . Which subject do you interest go for that .

Three of them are good in their won ways. It is not necessary that he'll score well in commerce. In fact better marks come in Science though Commerce and Arts are easier. Commerce will help him in becoming a CA, CS, BCom, BBA folowed by an MBA etc, while Science has many more options like Engineering in IIT, NIT, BITS or Medical through AIMPT, AIIMS, state JEEs etc. After Arts he can go for graduation(BA), then MA... The scope and job prospects in India in Arts has declined and has to be improved.
Options like civil services, law, journalism are open for all streams passing 12th. Good luck!

Among ARTS, SCIENCE and COMMERCE, i think commerce or arts would lead you to a great future........ it was science a decade back. If you take up commerce and pursue your MBA in top institutes like IIM'S, SP.JAIN etc.,, you can earn like anything, whereas in science only IIT leads to such level.........
And if you take up commerce or arts, you can easily crack the civil services examination which would lead to a better future....
commerce is regarded as the most challenging course of the world- guinness book of records

I'm in 12th standard, luking for options in commerce after 12th....My mind was on CA a time back, but now i m in a dilemma.....which way to choose..????

If you son is interested in science then don't force him to take commerce in 11th and 12th class.

There are many scope after passing 12th with science stream:-
-N.D.A
-M.B.B.S
-B.D.S
-B.H.M.S
-B.Pharma
-B.SC Biology
-B.SC Microbiology
-B.SC Biotechnology
-B.SC Agriculture
etc

if his interest in commerce or he feels better in commerce than you should recommend commerce for him.otherwise there is more scope of science in future.
after +2 doing in arts or commerce,he will capable of doing b.a,b.com,b.c.a,b.b.a,p.c.s,i.p.s etc
and in medical line,he will do b.d.s,m.b.b.s,b.SC(nursing),b.a.m.s,b.h.m.s.
and in non-medical,he will do b.tech.b.e.,b.SC,b.SC(honors),b.arch,b.agriculture etc.

yes u r right on that point commerce streem is now a days very sunsine field. but sir first it is important to interest of your son in which streem he is more intrested he make good impression on it.

Science is also good stream as it has vast opportunities after 12th like you can go for bsc, medical, engineering, teaching and many more. Similarly in commerce you can go forB.com,M.com, BBA , BCA, BA ,MA , SSC ,IAS etc.

Which has more opportunities arts or commerce please tell...... as I m interested in gaming design
