hello sir my date of birth is 2/4/91 but there is mistake while filling the net 2014 form 4/4/91 what should i do to correct it

Is it possible to correct the mail id in the CSIR net application form that has already been submitted online? Will the hall ticket be sent to the mail id or is it to be downloaded from the website ?
