Dear friend,
minimum eligibility for clerk is 12th so you can apply in many bank for clerk post there is some bank which requires minimum percentage in 12th like 60% or 65% through out career so you have to check before apply.
for preparation of quantity aptitude test you can purchase r.s. aggarwal, generel knowledge(prtiyogita darpan).

Ya you are eligible for a bank clerk job after finishing your 12th standard. You contact your nearest branch and get application forms. Fill that and write exam and get a job.

If you wish to join the bank you can do so after the 12th standard. You need to apply for the clerical post. There will be an entrance exam conducted by the bank. If successful you will be called for the interview round.
If you wish to join for a higher post the Probationary Officer is the next option. But for that you need to be a Graduate. You can choose any area of specialisation.
Similarly to the clerical post there will be an entrance exam and interview round. If you are joining as a clerk then after the stipulated time you can appear for the internal test and move on to the next level. You need to make the career decision.

yes. you can do Clerk Jobs after 12th.

as the criteria for clerical job is

1.minimum +2 education.

2.age limit 20-30 years.

apart form bank Clerk Jobs, you can join

1.Rail job.

2.school/college Clerk Jobs.

etc.

There is no way for joining in as a clerk in bank having a qualification as a pass out from +2.

You should have a minimum qualification of a degree from a recognized university.

You need to have got 55% aggregate in your degree as it may change from bank-bank.

You must also have a age limit of 18-28 years.

So,you continue your studies to finish your degree in a recognized university and then apply for the exam.

Yes you can easily give the exam. Now there is no separate exam for every bank for all banks there is only one exam except SBI exam so be prepare for it. Next exam will be held very soon and correct date you can get from Book stall.

I have completed my 12th std securing 69%, passed out in 2006, And directly i stepped into telemarketing field, and worked for 3 years and now my age is 22, Is that possible for me to get clerk jobs in any one of the 19 public sector banks, If so, Please tell me exam date and how to prepare for that.......?

some of the banks are asking 12 standard with 60%
and some major banks are asking minimum graduation for clerk

so please go to daily news and apply for those banks are asking 12 for clerks

After +2 you can't appear in Bank clerk, for Bank clerk you have to be a graduate.

& after completion of your graduation & also after cross the age of 21 year you will be eligible for Bank clerk.

& the form of this post is published by regular interval of time, so kindly complete graduation then appear in Bank exams.

After 12th standard examination you can join banking sector but you have to sit for IBPS examination.
But you must follow the following criteria :

1.You must pass 10+2 standard.

2.You must have 60% in your 12th standard.

3.Your age should be within 18 to 28 years.

There are plenty of clerical jobs for the students soon after the completion of their 10+2.

For the clerical jobs in public sector banks like
sbi, syndicate, union bank,andhra bank
you need to have a minimum of 55% and it might be the same for almost all private sector banks like ICICI, and axis banks.

The procedure would be written test followed by interview and sometimes some private sector banks like ICICI, they may also conduct group discussion in addition to written test and interview.

The written test may consist of
1.reasoning
2.quantitative aptitude
3.general english
4.general awareness
5.computer awareness.

There is negative marking too and it is mostly 1/4 th.

Anyway from the next year onwards nearly there is single written test for 20 of the public sector banks.
