Re: Bank Clerk Jobs after 12th?
hello Dear friend,
There are plenty of clerical jobs for the students soon after the completion of their 10+2. For the clerical jobs in public sector banks like sbi, syndicate, union bank, andhra bank you need to have a minimum of 55% and it might be the same for almost all private sector banks like ICICI, and axis banks. The procedure would be written test followed by interview and sometimes some private sector banks like ICICI, they may also conduct group discussion in addition to written test and interview. The written test may consist of 1.reasoning 2.quantitative aptitude 3.general english 4.general awareness 5.computer awareness. There is negative marking too and it is mostly 1/4 th. Anyway from the next year onwards nearly there is single written test for 20 of the public sector banks. with thanks and good luck |

Re: Bank Clerk Jobs after 12th?
Unfortunately you are no longer eligible for the Bank Clerk job due to the recent changes made by the Institute of Banking Personnel Services. The IBPS is responsible for conducting Bank Clerk exam for 19 Public Sector Banks.
Earlier the candidate who has completed 12th were eligible for the Bank Clerk entrance exam but recently the participating banks asked the criteria to be changed to graduation. Therefore now anyone who wishes to appear for the IBPS Bank Clerk entrance exam has to first complete graduation. I will also recommend you to first complete graduation and only then apply for the IBPS Bank Clerk entrance exam. You don't have to meet any percentage criteria in graduation. However please ensure that Computer/IT subject is either part of your 12th standard or graduation degree. It is because IBPS also demands basic computer qualification to appear for the exam. If not then you will have to do a diploma in Computers just to be eligible for the IBPS Bank Clerk entrance exam. The best option will be degree related to Computers. For example, B.Sc in Computer Science/IT or Bachelor of Computer Applications course. IBPS Bank Clerk Eligibility 1. Your nationality should be Indian. 2. A graduation degree in any discipline. 3. There is no percentage criteria. 4. Diploma/degree in Computers is also needed. 5. However Computers/IT subject in 12th or college will also be accepted. 6. Your age should be within 20 to 28 years. 7. 31 years is the age limit for OBC. 8. Further relaxation makes upper age limit 33 for SC/ST. 9. There is 10 years relaxation in upper age limit for PWD. |
