Since you have completed your graduation in advance so you need not to enroll yourself in 'foundation course'. So you need to clear only two stages (apart from the 15 month practical trainig):

• Executive Programme
• Professional Programme

One can go for 'professional programme' only if he/she clears 'executive programme'. And after clearing 'professional programme' stage , he/she needs to undergo a professsnal based training of 15 month period.
Cut off date for Enrollment in Executive programme are : 28th February for December Exams in the same year
31st August for June Exam next year

See, for entering into CS intermediate it's necessary to be a graduate. I doubt that you could opt for it without your graduation certificate. Or else you have to do the foundation program. Just wait, you may get the results by Dec 11. And if this happens there wont be any problem.

Hi dear,

The CS course or company secretary course is carried out in three steps:

1.Fundamental course.
2.Intermediate course.
3.Final course.

One can join the fundamental course after passing the 12th board exam. And after that step by step complete the next step of courses of CS.

As you have done the master's degree you can directly join the final course.

The prime or the main institute offering company secretary course is in Delhi and it has branches in kolkata, chennai and mumbai also.

yes offcourse after your B.COM , you can do the M.COM .you can go to some good colleges like the ksou,manipal university,amity university,lovely professional university.you can directly go to the colleges and apply to
the courses and get admission , depending on the availability.later you also go with ph.d , you can work in many big mncs like the tcs,wipro.you can also work as a lecturer in good colleges , also can work with reasearch field.

Yes after B.com you are eligible for CA or CS. Rather, since you have graduated, you are not required to give the foundation programme.

You can directly register to the Intermediate course.

Now i am persuing B.com and i want to do CS after complition of my Bcom. How can i apply for this cource.

The company secretary course is conducted by step by step procedure.first you need to complete the Fundamental course,then the Intermediate course and finally the Final course.

You need to send a DD in favour "The Institute of Company Secretaries of India" for Rs250/-. You will then receive the prospectus and the application form.

You are eligible to take admission in the Company Secretary after 10+2 only.

The total course structure is divided into 3 parts

1)Foundation Programme;
2)Executive Programme;
3)Professional Programme.

since you have already passed the B.Com then you can take direct admission into the Executive Programme stage. For application you need to apply in the ICSI. The head office in ICSI is in Delhi and branches are there in Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai etc.
