Hi

Its not important or mandatory to go for M.Pharm after B.Pharm.
However, the job opportunity after M.Pharm is much more with higher salary.
Also it would help you rise the promotional ladder faster.

You will get job after your b.pharm as well but salary offered wont be much.
But still you can expect a salary of 25+ k if you do it from good college and among the top rankers.

You can go for M.Pharm or MBA as post graduation to work at a higher post.

hi dear,
you are doing your b. pharm degree, this is good, but this is not necessary do, master degree, i mean m.pharm, here i want to say yo that if you have a good financial back ground, then you can continue your m.pharm immediately after completion of your b.pharm degree, because once you enter into any kind of job, then you mind may not for permit in future for further studies.....

on the other hand, i mean if you have not so financial support/ or loan from bank, then at first you can try for job, and if still now there is chance/ opportunity come in future, then you may do your m.pharm, because in pharmacy profession, after a certain limit, there is a requirement for master degree.
i have attached a list of m.pharm course available in India, please see this and decide the suitable course according to your choice.

sir, I am a bpharm 3rd student, how I can enter a pharma industry like sun pharmr or dr reddy's after my bpharm?

B-Pharmacy is a 4 year Pharma related course being offered by various pharmaceutical colleges in India.

It is not necessary to do M-Pharmacy after completion of B-Pharmacy course but it will be added advantage for you if you complete it.

The admission for M-Pharmacy course will be given on the basis of performance in the Entrance Exam.

The minimum salary offered for M-Pharmacy candidates will be 30k per month.

My suggestion would be,

Try to look for job opportunities on the basis of your B-Pharmacy course. Try your level best to get the job in top pharmaceutical companies like
Reddy Labs
Natco Phrama
Novartis etc.

If you did not get a job, then better opt for M-Pharmacy course.

After M-Pharmacy course, you will be given top level designations in the pharma companies and you don't have of problem with production department. Mostly you will be absorbed into QA Team.

After M-Pharmacy course, even if you join in any college as a Professor, your salary will be good.

Infact teaching is a good avenue for the candidates who are interested in Research side. Then can complete Ph.D course along with the job.

Hi b.pharma is only bechlors degree and if you get masters degree in this subject you will can obtain job, good salary, admiration and you will be preferred first.

recently i have resigned my job in a reputed pharma company due to heavy pressure. the salaries are very low .(for mpharm it is 12000 and bpharm it is 10000). even dont think about increments(between 2000 and 3000 per year). working times may exend upto 12 hours. why am giving this information is we expect something greater and after joining we see nothing. better to know the department ur joining and the working hours. huge politics are played. if u believe u can sustain than join other wise dont even think of a career in a pharma company.

you are doing b.pharm , this is good but you want a gov. job like railway pharmacists job, the main thing is after completion of your b.pharm degree you must have a pharmacist registration. so tht aftr completion of your b.pharm you should apply for this to your respetive state pharmacy council. After getting your pharmacist registration then you are elegible for gov. job . otherwise if you may pass any written exam or interview inspite of that you are not able to do this job.

You are asking for railway pharmacist job, ok, for this job you must see this type of job notification from eiher railway web site or any employment news. after that you should apply for this. generally this type exam you should study math, gk alongwith your own pharmacy subject.

m.pharm is important as you'll get more knowledge and your experience will increase .
jobs and salary won't be enough after b.pharm.
max. salary if you get a job in a well renounced company would be 30000 indian rupess.
