To get admission in any NIT, you will have to get an all india rank of below 2000. If you talk about marks, you will have to score above 80%. But I think you should wait untill the last round of counselling. You may get unexpected results.

their is no fixed cut-off marks in any entrance exam, it depends totally upon the competition level of students who had given the exam.
to get admitted into a good government college , your rank would be under 1000 than only you can get admission in some top reputed college. or in NITs.
because usually the top scorers in AIEEE are also the top scorer in IITJEE, so they left their seat , and get admitted into IIT, being a better option. so the top rank followers OF AIEEE get topmost colleges.

if you have got 2132 as all india rank in the AIEEE exam then its very much easy to you to get seat in the nit's that is national institutes of technologies.

on the all India rank 2132 , there are best nit's like
1) nit , warangal
2) nit , nagpur
3) nit , surathkal
4) nit , trichy

in which you can get admission.

but you have mentioned your state rank then it will be difficult to take admission in the nit's.
on the state rank of 2132 you will get admission in the state based private colleges.

As my knowledfe the minimum cutoff marks for AIEEE is 50% which is applicable for nit.....generally if a candidate scores above 150 then you will be eligible for the concelling......This percentage criteria will be changed according to number of student.

To get admission in good NIT you need to secure good rank in the range of 1-8000.
For other good colleges you can get them til the rank of 20000-25000.
